About Us

I was born, raised, and currently live in Upton, Utah.  I developed a passion for heritage and culture being raised on our family farm.  In 2019, I retired after working 30 years for Summit County Government.  Mother of two boys and two grandchildren.  I am looking forward to being involved in NS Unite finding ways of linking our past to our future.

I became part of the Coalville community in 2007 when I married my husband, Jay.  I am a mom to two grown daughters, two grandchildren and part of a big blended Wood/Ison family.  I have a special love for the area's historic buildings and the stories they hold. I'm excited to work with NS Unite and help create a place to preserve, promote, and celebrate the unique culture of our area.

I love living in Wanship.  My favorites include my grandchildren, time in the mountains, theater productions, and good music.  I recognize the inportant role that arts and culture play in enhancing the quality of community life and individual well being.  Join us as NS Unite supports and creates artistic endeavors for all to enjoy.

I was raised on a cattle farm in Upton and now live in Hoytsville just 20 miles away.  I am the mom to three amazing girls and the wife to a pretty great husband.  I love new adventures, traveling, University of Utah sports, and all things Disney.  I am so excited to be a part of NS Unite and the opportunities we hope to make available for our community.

I live in Henefer, Utah.  Currently I serve on the Henefer Town Council and Henefer Rodeo Club board.  A business professional, wife, mother, and grandmother who loves serving the community.  My passion is preserving the heritage and culture of the North Summit Region.  Serving on NS Unite is a way to engage the community and seek ways to make this happen.

I was born and raised in the North Summit area.  I am a strong advocate for the community.  I am a 5th grade teacher at North Summit Middle School and co-director Marry Poppins and Oliver for the Middle School.  I am a proud mother of four children.  I hope to preserve the traditions that make living here a wonderful place.
